RETURN & REFUND POLICY (45-DAY GUARANTEE)

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 45 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in new condition
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, tags, and protective materials must be included
  • The original packaging must be placed inside an outer shipping box
  • The item must be securely packed to prevent damage during transit

 


2. Return Authorization Process

Before sending any return, customers must contact our customer service team at:

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos of the product

Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Returned packages without prior authorization may not be accepted.

 


3. Return Shipping Method & Costs

  • All returns must be sent by mail
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

However, Zawey will cover return shipping costs if the return is due to:

  • A defective product
  • An incorrect item shipped
  • Incorrect fitment information provided by us

 


4. Restocking Fees

  • No restocking fees are charged for any returns

 


5. Refund Processing Time

After we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

 


6. Exchanges

  • We accept exchanges
  • For faster service, customers may return the original item and place a new order separately
