Fast Delivery
Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday, and we will dispatch your order within 3 days after receiving payment. Estimated delivery times range from 3-7 working days, depending on your location and inventory status at the respective warehouse.
In case an item is out of stock, we will promptly communicate with you to provide updates. The estimated delivery time applies to states eligible for free shipping. Please ensure that you provide an accurate street address (not a PO Box) and up-to-date contact information during checkout to avoid any delays.

Shipment for an Order with Multiple Items
We aim to have all your items delivered together. However, due to varying shipping options, we may occasionally send products separately. You will receive a shipment notification email once an item is dispatched.
Order Cancellation
To cancel your order before the product is manufactured or shipped, please contact us. Full refunds are available for canceled orders. If the product has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible. To cancel your order after receiving the goods, refer to our return policy.
