- Easy to install: Firstly, install the 4708 throttle return spring bracket on the fixed hole of the carburetor or intake manifold. Then, place the two carburetor return springs together and hang the two ends of the springs on the throttle lever and bracket respectively. Finally, check whether the throttle can return smoothly, whether the spring tension is appropriate, and confirm that there is no jamming or interference with other components
